# Cancel & Refund

> How to cancel your Superwhisper subscription and request a refund.

## Cancel Your Subscription

Cancellations are self-serve. Head to [superwhisper.com/billing](https://superwhisper.com/billing), sign in with the email on your account, and choose **Cancel subscription**.

* Your Pro features stay active until the end of your current billing period
* After that, your account moves to Free automatically
* Your custom modes, vocabulary, and history stay attached to your account

  Bought through the iOS App Store? Cancel in [Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions](https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions) on your device. We can't cancel App Store subscriptions on our end.

## 30-Day Refund

All individual plans, Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime, come with a 30-day refund window from the purchase date.

To request a refund:

1. Email [support@superwhisper.com](mailto:support@superwhisper.com) from the email on your account
2. Include the order or receipt date if you have it handy
3. We'll process the refund to your original payment method within a few business days

## Enterprise Plans

Enterprise contracts are annual and not eligible for self-serve cancellation or refund. Contact your account manager or email [enterprise@superwhisper.com](mailto:enterprise@superwhisper.com).
